About Dr. Whitney Casares:

Dr. Whitney Casares is the Founder and CEO of Modern Mommy Doc, a board-certified pediatrician, author, speaker, and advocate for women’s success in work and home life. Based in Portland, Oregon, she’s also an autism mom, a two-time American Academy of Pediatrics author and spokesperson. While she considers her children her greatest teachers, she also boasts an extensive academic background. She completed her undergraduate studies in journalism, followed by medical training at the University of Vermont and pediatrics residency at Stanford University, in addition to holding a Master of Public Health in Maternal and Child Health from the University of California, Berkeley.
